About

Taking the first step with therapy can be scary but you can expect a safe and  judgement-free space to share what you are working through.

I believe that in the pursuit of happiness, it is important to know something  about both the inner world and the world that we are immersed in. Our primary  relationships are vitally important and our ability to experience genuine happiness  throughout life is largely based on how well we manage the ups and downs of the  relationship terrain. However, leading busy lives, being deeply conditioned by  enculturation and adapting to the mainstream culture can make this challenging.

Working from a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens helps me to guide  you to unpack patterns that are keeping you stuck, develop healthy boundaries to repair  and build connections, learn fair fighting rules, active listening and validating skills and  turn grievances into opportunities that instil respect, compassion, empathy and  strengthen your relationships.

My favourite quote

“Always remember, your focus determines your reality” – Qui-Gon Jinn

What brings me a sense of ease:

Being my authentic self.

Something fun about me:

I have two cats and I love to dance.
